It is a 20-minute walk from the historic center and the main squares (Piazza della Loggia and Duomo Vecchio). It is only a 15-minute walk from the Accademia di Belle Arti Santa Giulia and a 20-minute bus ride from the Accademia LABA.

The apartment consists of: a Living Relax Room with a fully equipped kitchen, 4 Single Rooms, and 1 bathroom.

The area is very well-served and very quiet, with a Carrefour supermarket, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants just a few steps away.

Only 5 minutes from the apartment, there is the Parco Marconi, where you can take a walk, and right in front, there is the Marconi Metro station.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
