The location is Ideal and practical to reach the different part of the city: university like; ULB, KUL, VUB, UCL, and different nearby main street and institutions like; Saint Louis, Royal Conservatory, Academy of Fine Arts, the European Parliament, the Council of Europe and the European Commission, Institutions and International Companies based in Brussels and around.

Thank you to take into account that the paintings and the interior in this old house are not newer but this very beautiful is bright and spacious. The pipes and radiators are old and visible but the boiler is brand new and the heating is central. Washing machine and drying are on the opposite street.
