Rooms are available for rent in a spacious duplex located on Calle Brasil, a 5-minute walk from UCAM in Cartagena, in the Hispanoamérica neighborhood. This quiet area has several green spaces and is a 15-minute bus ride from the city center. There is a bus stop for line 5 on the corner, which connects to the center of Cartagena, and another stop for line 7, which also connects to the city center and other areas of Cartagena, is less than a 10-minute walk away. Several supermarkets are within walking distance, and a Mercadona is a 10-minute walk. The Cartagena campus of the Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM) is located two blocks from the house.

The house is quite large, a spacious duplex, offering two floors to enjoy. The house consists of an upper floor with bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower, and a ground floor with a large common living room for eating, watching TV, studying, or entertaining guests, a small shared bathroom, and a large kitchen with individual cupboards, a refrigerator with its own designated space for each resident, and two sinks. Also on the ground floor is a patio with the washing machine, dryer, and clothesline.

We are looking for students aged 18 to 30 to fill the rooms. We are looking for friendly and outgoing people to create a positive and harmonious living environment year-round. Smoking is permitted in each room, but it is not allowed in the living room or any other common areas. Pets are not allowed, as one of the residents already has a small dog. Monthly utilities (water, electricity, and internet) are separate from the room price and amount to approximately €50 per month. A one-month security deposit is also required along with the first month's rent.
