PRICE: 530€ per single room ALL bills and expenses included (electricity, gas, water, high speed internet, trash & condo fees...) + 350 € one time fee that include registration of the contract, taxes of registration, insurance that includes any eventuality for the student, supply of mattress cover and monthly cleaning of the common parts.

PERIOD: available from NOW (minimum 6 full months; preference to 12 full months stay).
