The kitchen is full-equipped with everything you could possibly need including a refrigerator, sink, oven, hob, utensils, and even a washing machine! You will also find a large dining table with chairs so you can enjoy shared meals with your flatmates. The apartment is in a building with a lift for your comfort and also includes two bathrooms (including sink, shower, toilet, and bidet) and 4 large bedrooms, all furnished new and modern, very bright.

The apartment is very well located, with a number of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops all available within walking distance. The main train station of Florence, Firenze Campo di Marte, is just a 15 minute walk away, whilst the nearest bus stop (Volta Cocchi: line 7) is just 50 metres away, easily connecting you to the rest of the city.

It is possible to check-in from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 20.00 in the evening.
Please, note that check in on Saturdays and Sundays and during the week after 20.00 will be allowed only in exceptional cases and 60 euro extra will be charged (specified below as Optional Service Cost).
