RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:

- ONE TIME SERVICE FEE DI HOUSINGANYWHERE. When booking, a one-time service fee is required by the HousingAnywhere platform.

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 1400is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.

Condominium : 15 euro at month , the apartament is inside a private building with garden (a name is ART ZANOBI GARDEN).

L'appartamento è all'interno di un complesso privato ART GARDEN ZANOBI , con diversi appartamenti ed un giardino privato, è un posto molto tranquillo , ha ingresso privato,cucina, ampio soggiorno due camere doppie uso singola con il bagno una interno , e una ha il bagno al piano soggiorno , si sale su dalle scale, e si accede al terrazzo privato.
