I rent a room in a 70-square-meter apartment in Florence, ideally for 2 people, one for each room. The apartment consists of two large rooms, a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom.

The rooms are spacious and well furnished, equipped with double beds, closets and desks as well as air conditioning.

The shared kitchen-living room is fully equipped and has all the necessary appliances for convenient cooking. There is one shared bathroom.

The apartment is located in a quiet and residential area of Florence, within walking distance of the city's main places of interest, including Parco delle Cascine. There is a parking inside the apartment complex protected by an automatic barrier

Utilities are calculated on a pay-as-you-go basis. The "spese condominiali" are not included in the rent, and are €100 per month.

At the check-in is required an administration fees of 50€ per month of stay. €10 per month is for the waste that must be paid to the municipality.

Students enrolled at the university must provide proof of enrollment and specify their faculty at the time of application.
