Booking on Housing Anywhere: You will pay the first monthly rent , and before arrival you have to pay deposit of € 1000 for short stay (up to 3 months) , safety deposit of 2 monthly rent for longer stay . This will be given back to you at the end of your rental period.

- At the arrival: You will have to pay € 100 for registration contract so that it is legal in Italy and you are totally covered for any kind of reason.

- Registration of the rental contract: it is a fee due to register the rental contract and m
