These are the booking periods for interested students: September to January (5 months); January to July (7 months); September to July (11 months).

THE BEDROOM:
As you can see from the photos, the bedroom is very spacious (18 m2) luminous with big windows and a high ceiling and nicely furnished to compliment the beautiful Florentine flooring. The bedroom is equipped with a single bed (90cm x 200cm), spacious double wardrobe, a side-drawer, a tall dress mirror, a study desk, a chair, a reading desk light and book shelves. To complete the bedroom furnishings, there is also a fridge for the student’s exclusive use and an upright electrical fan! The door is lockable with a key.

THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is composed of four spacious bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a fully-equipped comfortable kitchen with a flat-screen SMART TV.
The local area is well-serviced within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment with: supermarkets (Penny Market, Esselunga ,Coop), a self-operated wash n’ dry laundry service, pharmacies, banks, post office, coffee bars and local shops. The Harmony Fitness Centre (Yoga, Dance, Cardio, Body Building, Salsa, Zumba, Spinning, Pilates, Power Pump, etc) and the Amici del Nuoto swimming pool are just 5 minutes from the apartment.

2) Refundable housing deposit fee 750 Euro.
3) Registration housing contract 120 Euro.
4) Apartment service fees for the following: 24/7 check-in and check-out, weekly cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom, corridor and student's bedroom, replacement of lost keys, 24/7 SOS assistance, checkout extra ordinary bedroom cleaning fee). Students staying for one semester (4/5 months) 750 Euro, students staying for 2 semesters (9/10 months) 1200 Euro, year students (11/12 months) 1000 Euro.
