⚠️ Practicalities, we always ask a deposit of two months rent. Move in and out walk throughs each cost 50€. For contracts with a duration of less than 6 months, initial installation fees will be charged to the occupants according to the table below :

Contracts start on the 1st and 16th of each month and are monthly, meaning that each fortnight started is due. Domiciliation is allowed.
