There are 4 rooms available:

• Room 1: approx. 21 m2 – €760 all-inclusive rent
• Room 2: approx. 19 m2 – €750 all-inclusive rent
• Room 3: approx. 21 m2 – €760 all-inclusive rent
• Room 4: approx. 21 m2 (with private 12 m2 balcony) – €790 all-inclusive rent

All rooms are furnished and equipped to the same standard. The only difference is Room 4, which has its own private balcony.

Living

Be the first to move in after a complete renovation and brand-new furnishing. The apartment is currently being freshly renovated and furnished to a high standard.

The photos in the listing are sample photos from another apartment in the same building. The kitchen and bathroom shown correspond to the actual apartment. There may be minor differences in the furniture in the newly furnished unit.

Each room is bright, spacious and can be locked individually.

Every room includes a large 160 × 200 cm bed with a high-quality, extra-thick mattress, duvet, pillow and mattress protector. The rooms are also equipped with a wardrobe with mirror, desk with lamp, wall board, TV with stand, curtains, door hooks, laundry basket, towels and a modern green rug.

Location – Frankfurt-Dornbusch

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of a quiet and well-maintained building in the popular district of Dornbusch – one of Frankfurt’s most sought-after residential areas. Urban, green, and extremely well connected.

The Hügelstraße subway station (U1, U2, U3, U8) is located directly outside the building. Additional stations such as Dornbusch and Fritz-Tarnow-Straße are within walking distance. From here, you can quickly reach Hauptwache, Goethe University, Südbahnhof, or Frankfurt city center. Several bus lines further complement the excellent transport connections.

By car, the A66 and A5 motorways can be reached within minutes, as well as Frankfurt city center via Eschersheimer Landstraße.

Everything you need for daily life is available nearby: supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, pharmacies, banks, and restaurants. For leisure and relaxation, Grüneburgpark, Palmengarten, and the Nidda river are all easily accessible. Cultural highlights such as Theater Willy Praml and Holzhausenschlösschen are also located nearby.

Within the building itself, there is a bakery, hairdresser, nail studio, 24/7 kiosk, driving school, and locksmith, among others.

Shared Living

The apartment is designed as a 4-person shared flat, and four rooms are available.

We are looking for open, respectful individuals who value cleanliness, consideration, and a pleasant shared living environment.

The shared areas include a fully equipped fitted kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and extractor hood, as well as a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, and complete kitchen inventory. In addition, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, drying rack, wardrobe, and shoe cabinet are available for shared use.

Other & Rental Conditions

The rental contracts are unlimited, with a minimum rental period of 3 months (statutory notice period in accordance with § 573c of the German Civil Code). The deposit amounts to approximately two months’ rent (€1,450). Move-in is possible from September 1st, 2026, or later.

The flat-rate rent already includes heating, electricity, broadcasting fees, and high-speed Wi-Fi with 1,000 Mbit/s download speed.
