We adapted a very friendly cat who can come an go inside outside everywhere in the house but/except in the private rooms.

In guter ruhiger Lage am Park, Nähe Messe, Lebensmittel Läden und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in 5" zu Fuß erreichbar, (in ca 20" mit den Öfv. in FFM Innenstadt, in 15" mit dem Auto am Flughafen) Parkplatz -, Terrasse-, Bad-, Waschmaschine- und Küchen und Geschirr- Mitbenutzung, WLAN, Bettwäsche (bei Bedarf) inklusive.
560€ warm (Strom,Wasser,WLAN), inklusive o.g. Umlagen.

NUR an weibliche Untermieter; Übernachtung männlicher Freunde/ Partner ist nicht gestattet.

Most imporatant parts of the Untermietvertrag/ Sous location/Sublease agreement, we ́ll sign together:

"The furniture consists of bed, table, chair, closet, bookshelf, rug, bedclothes and blanket, towel. Damages must be replaced/repaired.
The sub-tenant gets a key for the own room and the main entrance door.

§4: House rules:
No smoking; no boyfriend over night; no drying of wet clothes/ towels in the room, nor tea or coffee making nor else cooking in the private rooms.
Keep your room clean and bring out your garbage often enough to avoid insects.
Air/ventilate your room 2-3x for 5-10” daily to avoid mold. Turn off heat during ventilation.
The lend bedclothes and towels must be washed by you.
Quiet hours between 22-06:30. Please also no shower during these rest times.
After having a shower, ventilate by open widely the window+ open the door, for about 10 minutes. Then close window again to keep warmth inside, during wintertime. Turn off heat during ventilation; then back to 2.
When leaving the house, turn down the heat in your room and used areas to 2.
The house entrance door must be locked by all times (even when you enter the house).
The kitchen door must be closed while cooking to avoid smells in the whole house.
The kitchen door to the terrasse must be closed when leaving the kitchen.
As a sign of respect: leave bathroom and kitchen clean after use (remove all left hair, soap residues /meal rests, etc. from bathtub, cooking areas, sink, floor)
We`ll set up together a cleaning plan to clean the commonly used areas (kitchen, bathroom, stairway, entrance and hallways, terrasse)
Those rules aren ́t yet finally, also observe notes and hangouts in your room and common areas.

§5: Deposit:
The sub- tenant pays a deposit of .560....... Euro, which will be returned at the end of the sublease rental contract, if the content of this contract is observed and all keys returned. If anything of the leased property is damaged, replacement shall be made.
A fine of at least 50 Euros will be taken -each time- for not observing the house or room rules.
The above-named sublease tenant is responsible for any damage resulting of non-observing of this contract and which could lead to damages to the anchor tenant or following sublease tenants.
The room must be cleaned and returned as seen at the beginning of the sublease-rental.

§6: Access authorization:
The owner, the main/anchor tenant, or anyone assigned/representative may examine/verify/check on the room and measuring devices, in appropriate times.

§7: Rent:
Release/transfer of the subleased contract to a third party is prohibited.
The sublease rent must be paid in advance, the latest on the second day of each month.
§8: Notice period/ period of cancellation is two weeks, mutually."
