We are offering a bright and spacious 20 m2 private room with a balcony in a calm and well-maintained shared flat.

We are looking for a clean, respectful and friendly flatmate to join our home.

The room comes partially furnished, including a bed, a table with chair, and a small chest of drawers.

The location is excellent and very well connected:

• Only 2 stops to Hamburg Central Station (approx. 7 minutes from inside the apartment)
• 8-minute walk to S-Bahn lines (Landwehr)
• Supermarkets within walking distance: Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Penny, Budni, pharmacy, bakery and kiosk (Aldi & Lidl approx. 400 m away)
• Very fast access to the city centre and Berliner Tor (only one stop away)

Shared Living

The flat is shared with two people (including myself, a 40-year-old architect). It is a 3-room apartment with only 2 residents, so it is not crowded.

We enjoy a quiet and respectful atmosphere. Joint activities are welcome but not required. This is not a party flat, and smoking is not allowed.

We value cleanliness and keep the apartment tidy by cleaning together on weekends. The environment is ideal for someone who wants a peaceful place to live and feel at home in Hamburg.
