Das Zimmer (hierbei handelt es sich um Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit einer Schiebetür verbunden) mit Balkon ist voll-möbliert inkl. Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ausgestattet.
Alle Zimmer sind abschließbar.

Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne und Fenster ausgestattet.
Neue Küche mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, einem großen Kühlschrank und natürlich allen nötigen Utensilien.
Die Wohnung wurde 2020 frisch saniert und mit einem hellen Holzdielen-Boden aufgewertet.

Bis zum Lindenauer Markt (Tram - 8, 15; Bus) sind es ca. 7 min. Fußweg.
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - Lidl, Kaufland, Konsum, diverse Fachhändler
sowie wöchentlicher Markt (2x die Woche) - befinden sich unmittelbarer Nähe.
Auch öffnen immer mehr urbane Bars, Cafes und Restaurants.

Furnished Flat share - Although it is designated as a shared apartment, you are alone in the apartment 95% of the time. I do come to the apartment 1-3 times a year for a very short period.
Strictly speaking, you live in a 2-room apartment with a hallway, kitchen and bathroom.

It is a 3-room apartment (mezzanine floor) in a quiet house in Leipzig - Altlindenau.
The room (this is the living room and bedroom connected by a sliding door)
with balcony is fully furnished including bed linen and towels. All rooms are lockable.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a window.
New kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator and of course all necessary utensils.
The apartment was newly renovated in 2020 and upgraded with a light wooden floor.

It is a 7-minute walk to the Lindenauer Markt (tram 8, 15; bus).
Numerous shopping opportunities - Lidl, Kaufland, Konsum,
as well as the weekly market (twice a week) - are in the immediate vicinity.
More and more urban bars, cafes and restaurants are also opening.
