The bedroom comes furnished with a comfortable bed (single double / 1.40m x 1.90m), a big window, closet, desk, chair, and high-speed WiFi included.

All bedsheets will be there when you arrive if you wish but it is mandatory to pay them when you move out, the price is 60.-€.

Apartment with five bedrooms, three big bathrooms, a big living room with balcony facing Basilica de San Isidro and an oversized kitchen with brand new appliances. All rooms have beds, closets, desks, and chairs. High-speed WiFi is included. Utility bills (electricity and water) are not included, costing approximately 50€ per month. There is a cleaning service once a week for common areas, such as the kitchen, living room and bathrooms, included in the price. Located on the 4th floor.
