The building has a supermarket and a concierge. No elevator. It's very well connected to public transport (Metro Latina, Sol , Opera and Tirso de Molina, a few bus stops).

Apartment located on the second floor. It has two bright bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a storage/office room. The two bedrooms have street-facing balconies. All rooms come with a comfortable bed, closet, desk, and chair. A living-dining area.

High-speed WiFi, included.

Electricity and water 82,5.-€ a month each student (up to 165.-€ a month electricity bil) .

We ask for a two months security deposit.

There is no cleaning service included and it is mandatory to get at least six hours a month, this is 60.-€ a month for nine hours, the cleaning lady comes 3 hours two times a month and you have to pay her directly (she charges 10.-€ the hour). So each student pays her 30.-€ a month.

During the summer (july and august) you can book the apartment monthly but during the school year the minimum stay is 10 months, from september 1st to june 30th.

All bedsheets can be ordered if you wish when you arrive but it is mandatory to pay them if you order them.
