The area of Ventas is a very traditional area of Madrid where the Plaza de Toros stands out with a spectacular Mudejar-inspired style that also houses a museum.
In the area there are many bars and taverns where you can have a vermouth and tapas, and also has two important green areas such as the Maria Eva Duarte Peron Park and the Quinta de la Fuente del Berro Park.
Public transport here has very good connections, there is the Ventas and Manuel Becerra subway line 2 of the metro, plus several bus lines.
It doesn't have the hustle and bustle and noise of the neighborhoods closer to Madrid center, but its good communications make it easy to access. In fact, it has a privileged location, with almost immediate access to three of the most important arteries of the city (Alcalá, M-30, Avenida de América).
