This is not a flatshare – you will have a private bedroom with your own bathroom (bathtub) and separate private toilet in the owner’s home, along with access to beautiful shared spaces.

Bed with a 160 × 200 cm mattress and 4 large deep drawers
Built-in deep wall shelves
Desk and wardrobe/clothes rack can be chosen together with the tenant
If preferred, a lock can be installed on the bedroom door

Bathroom with bathtub, exclusively for the tenant
Separate private toilet
