The very bright apartment has just been renovated, then completely newly furnished, is divided into four large double rooms for single use, each equipped with all comforts.

We are talking about a large apartment of 115 meters, set up for only 4 people who love comfort, and need to concentrate, it has two large complete bathrooms and a very large kitchen with a balcony overlooking the quiet internal courtyard.

The furnishings are completed by various accessories such as oven, microwave oven, washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc

We are in CITY STUDIES, every department of the Polytechnic is within walking distance and the LAMBRATE stop of the green underground is only 200m away. Furthermore, we have surface vehicles (93, 33, 19, 45) under the house and all types of services within easy walking distance.

The apartment is located in an elegant and very tidy building and has a concierge service every day.

The fee INCLUDES € 50 of expenses that include everything (condominium expenses, cleaning service twice a month, Tari, TV, WiFi 1000 fibre, etc ..)
