The shared living spaces are the kitchen and the bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove-top, an oven, a big sink, a coffee machine and kitchenware.
A table to enjoy some meals together is available as well.

The first bathroom is equipped with a big walk-in shower, a sink with a mirror, a toilet and cabinets to store away your toiletries.
The second one with a toilet, a washing machine, a sink with under-cabinet and a mirror.

A little storage room for cleaning supplies etc. is also available.

Central Milan is only 15 minutes away on the train.
It is perfect for those who fancy living with others with all the perks that bring but knowing they can still get a good night's sleep. The peaceful suburb of Maciachini is great for relaxing in the evening and chilling out at weekends.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee.
- Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment.
- Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below).
- The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract.
- Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost. You can see the cost stated below as "Other optional cost"
- ⁠In case of bookings longer than 6 months but shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 80€ for a studio, and 100€ for one-bedroom apartments.
- In case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 150€ for a studio, and 200 € for one-bedroom apartments.
