Naples Historical Centre - Spanish Quarter, we rent with an ALL INCLUSIVE formula and ZERO DEPOSIT, a beautiful single room of 12 sqm with a shared balcony. The room has been specially renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students, equipped with new furnishings such as a single bed, a 2-drawer bedside table, a 2-door wardrobe with a mirror, a desk, curtains, a bookcase, a lamp, and excellent lighting that helps in studying. The room is located in a strategic and coveted position to reach the Suor Orsola University in 5 minutes on foot and the various universities in the historic centre in less than 10 minutes on foot. The historic centre and the nightlife area, such as Piazza Bellini, Piazza San Domenico Maggiore, etc., are a 10-minute walk away.

After booking, a €500 administrative fee is required to be paid ( please note: this payment needs to be paid after booking, not at the check in and This fee is not a deposit and is non-refundable at the end of tenancy)

At the check-in, you will be asked to pay last month's rent in advance ( you will not pay it at the last month of tenancy)
