The apartment is in a very convenient area, perfect for reaching in 10-15 minutes on foot all the University Faculties of the Portello area (Economics, Engineering, Psychology, etc.), of Via Marzolo (Physics, Chemistry, etc.) and of via Beato Pellegrino (Languages, Letters, etc.).

The area is also very lively and perfect for the student’s life: a few steps from the apartment, there are the wonderful Giardini dell’Arena, a large park filled with many kiosks where young people go for a drink or to have a walk with friends in total relaxation.

Besides, to the price of the room, 80€ for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes:

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration
