The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system for both winter and summer and wifi internet connection. The area is well served by public transport and well connected to the historic center and the train station. The rental contract is individual per room. The condominium and consumption expenses (water, electricity and TARI) are calculated as a flat rate of € 100.00 per month. At the beginning of the lease, a security deposit of € (hidden) must be paid which will be returned at the end of the lease if there are no damages.
