The apartment is in a strategic place for the use of public transports: in the adjacent street, Via Buonarroti, you can catch many buses, while the tram stop is a few minutes walking, in Via Tiziano Aspetti. Moreover, in the neighbourhood there is any kind of service: the Supermarket Alì is 1 minute away, but in the area you can also find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a Cinema and many other shops.
THE PRICE OF SUITE ROOM "F" WITH DOUBLE BED, INTERNAL LOUNGE WITH TV AND PRIVATE TERRACE IS 510€
Besides, to the price of the room, 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added.

The rental agreements are individual.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:
✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration
⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
