This is an air conditioned extra large room with a large private bathroom.
This room has access to all the shared facilities, but also includes access to a kettle, small refrigerator, microwave and oven, outside the room. Within the room will also be a hotplate for preparation of light meals. It is really a bedsitter, with access to the whole buildings amenities. This room is on the 3rd level, though the elevator can be used for transporting heavy items only.
Our building hosts students and professional workers in a safe and friendly space. We are in the San Donato area which is well-located for transport and all amenities. The residents enjoy the family like environment, and often enjoy meals together and movie nights. The deposit is €400, and is fully refundable on completion of the contract
The €200 payment at the beginning is for contract registration and taxes.
The combined monthly bills are €200.
