Our building hosts students and professional workers in a safe and friendly space. We are in the San Donato area which is well-located for transport and all amenities.
This room has access to all the shared facilities, but also includes access to a kettle, small refrigerator, microwave and oven, outside the room. Within the room will also be a hotplate for preparation of light meals. This room is on the 3rd level, though the elevator can be used for transporting heavy items only.
The deposit includes the first month's rent and expenses, the remaining 300 Euro is applied toward your last month's rent. So on the last month of your contract, you will only pay 400 Euro which covers that last month's rent an expense. If the contract is terminated early, the deposit of 300 Euro will be lost.
The €200 payment at the beginning is for contract registration and taxes.
