THE COMMUNITY

Every resident has a short conversation before moving in.
The goal: People you'd be glad to find making coffee in the kitchen at 8am.

Events happen when residents want them. Always optional. Never a chore.

The spaces do the rest - a kitchen big enough that two people cook without negotiating territory, a living room you'd actually invite someone into, common areas designed so that the Tuesday late afternoon when someone opens a bottle and three conversations happen at once becomes the kind of thing that just happens here.
