Our apartment has 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a common living room, it is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city, right in the center next to the Plaza de Toros, very well connected by metro and bus with the rest of the city, and direct lines to the beach and the port of Valencia less than 2 minutes walking. It is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students coming to enjoy our beautiful city.

We offer a ‘ready-to-move-in’ room ????, providing a complete space with all basic (and more) needs covered: double bed, bedding, towels, bathrobe, spacious wardrobes for your belongings, and a study/work area. ????????

Terms and conditions:
The owner provides a weekly cleaning services. Weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments. The owner bears the cost of 2 monthly cleanings and the other 2 cleaning are divided among the tenants of the apartment.
(Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 36€, this is divided by the number of tenants).

There is also an administrative fee of €125 that is paid ONCE at the time of Move-In.

For us, tenant service is our top priority—we have an automated management system that allows us to provide quick and efficient service through our professional team. ????‍????????‍???? If something needs to be repaired, it will be fixed in no time.

Just to clarify our cleaning fees so everything is transparent! The fee you see listed as "Other" is for the regular cleaning of the common areas, a cost we share to keep the apartment nice and tidy for everyone. There is also a one-time final cleaning fee for your room, which you pay when you move in. This way, you don't have to worry about arranging a deep clean when you're ready to move out—we take care of it for you!
