Each of the suites has a private bathroom, a double bed with storage, a working area, individual AC and heating, closet, smart TV, exterior Window, and lock, that let's you have your own privacy, while sharing the common areas

The suites are rented with all the consumes included: wifi, electricity, water, and weekly cleaning of common areas

This suite: Suite number 3: is on the first floor, and is very quiet as it gives to the big patio behind

Check in time: between 15:00 and 21.00. Late check in subject to a supplement
Check out: before 11.00
It’s a listed house that has been renovated keeping the old nice elements as hydraulic tyles, valencian façade and catalan beams.


To preserve the good atmosphere of the group we try to:
Have tenants of the same age range: 18 to 40 years old, who speak English
Maximum of 5 tenants at the same time.
With exceptions, one tenant per room.

We ask that you respect some rules of coexistence that we will pass on to you once you have booked.

The most important ones are:
1) restricted use of private areas
2) pets are not allowed,
3) overnight visitors are not allowed,
4) Parties or loud noise are not allowed after 10:00 p.m.

The house is located in the Nazaret neighborhood, an old fishing neighborhood in Valencia that is undergoing a complete transformation.
If you come by car, it is easy to park in the area, there is free street parking
By public transport, there are several bus lines and the L10 metro line, which is a tram.
Public transport is 4-5 minutes walk away
The Valenbici bicycle parking lot, Valencia's public bike rental service, is 100 meters away.
The City of Arts and Sciences and Malvarrosa Beach are 15 and 30 minutes walk away respectively.
