Our University Residence, in the historic centre of Alcalá de Henares, opened its doors in September 2017 and hosts more than 400 national and international students. It is part of a project of renovation and sustainable rehabilitation of a historical building part of the UNESCO Worl Heritage Site of Alcalá de Henares.

The building is located behind Plaza de San Diego and the Rectorate of the UAH (University of Alcalá de Henares), and only 3 minutes’ walk from Plaza Cervantes, where buses leave for the external technological-scientific campus. Therefore, its location makes it ideal for all students of the UAH, AlcaLingua and Instituto Franklin.
