The apartment is really big and all the room will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat.
The double bedroom is composed by a two beds, two spacious wardrobes, two desks with chairs.
In the flat there are 9 rooms in total and 4 bathroom (one is private for a double room). so you will share a bathroom each 3 person. There is also a nice living room and kitchen where you can cook and share moments with your flatmates.

RENTAL CONDITION:
- Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee.
- Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment.
- Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below).
- The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract.
- In case of bookings longer than 6 months but shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 80€ for a studio, and 100€ for one-bedroom apartments.
- In case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 150€ for a studio, and 200 € for one-bedroom apartments.
