It's a convenient position also for Bovisa, thanks to the train stop "Milano Dateo" you can reach it in 30minutes.

The double bedroom is composed of two single beds, two spacious wardrobes, a library, a desk with a chair.

The apartment is on the mezzanine floor. It's quite big and all the rooms will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat.

In the flat there are 4 rooms in total (two single rooms and two double rooms), an equipped and large kitchen, 2 bathrooms.
There is a washing machine, TV, internet etc, fully equipped and ready to be lived in.

RENTAL CONDITION:
- Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee.
- Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment.
- Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below).
- The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract.
- Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost. You can see the cost stated below as "Other optional cost"
- ⁠In case of bookings longer than 6 months but shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 80€ for a studio, and 100€ for one-bedroom apartments.
- In case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 150€ for a studio, and 200 € for one-bedroom apartments.
