It's strategic position also for students going to Campus Bovisa because you can get the train from Passante Dateo. in 25 minutes you can be at that university living in a nice neighbourhood close to the city centre!

The apartment is really spacious and all it will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. First floor with elevator. It's a doorman building. The flat is composed by 2 double rooms with private bathroom and 3 single room(so max. 7 person in the flat) and 4 restructured bathrooms in total. One of them is only for the double room! Thre is also a fully equipped kitchen with 2 tables, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc..

The double bedroom is composed of two separate single beds, two spacious wardrobes, two desks with two chairs Each roommate will have his personal bedroom equipment and ensuite bathroom

RENTAL CONDITION:
- Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee.
- Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment.
- Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below).
- The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract.
- ⁠In case of bookings longer than 6 months but shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 80€ for a studio, and 100€ for one-bedroom apartments.
- In case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 150€ for a studio, and 200 € for one-bedroom apartments.
