Bust stop is 20 meters from the flat and you can reach all the main spot in the city centre, bus number 90. Strategic position also for the students going to Bovisa: you can take the Passante Dateo and reach the university in 30 minutes, with the advantage of living close to the city centre.

The apartment is really spacious and all it will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. First floor with elevator . The flat is composed by three double room and one private room(so max. 7 person in the flat), there are a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with TV where you can share moments with your flatmates and two restructured bathrooms.

The double bedroom is composed of two separate single beds, two spacious wardrobes, two desks with two chairs Each roommate will have his personal bedroom equipment. This room has air conditioning.

RENTAL CONDITION:
- Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee.
- Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment.
- Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below).
- The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract.
- Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost. You can see the cost stated below as "Other optional cost"
- ⁠In case of bookings longer than 6 months but shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 80€ for a studio, and 100€ for one-bedroom apartments.
- In case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 150€ for a studio, and 200 € for one-bedroom apartments.
