Beautiful and spacious double bedroom available with all the comforts only 5 minutes walking distance to metro station red line Sesto- Rondò where you can reach the city centre and all the universities (30 min to the Politecnico of Milan and Università degli Studi di Milano).
The apartment is really spacious and all it will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. Second floor, no elevator. The flat is composed by two double room (so max. 4 person in the flat); there are a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a restructured bathroom.

The double bedroom is composed of two separate single beds, two spacious wardrobes, two desks with two chairs Each roommate will have his personal bedroom equipment.

RENTAL CONDITION:
- Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee.
- Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment.
- Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below).
- The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract.
- Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost. You can see the cost stated below as "Other optional cost"
- ⁠In case of bookings longer than 6 months but shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 80€ for a studio, and 100€ for one-bedroom apartments.
- In case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 150€ for a studio, and 200 € for one-bedroom apartments.
