This house is located 5 min by car from the beach of Roses. It has spectacular and unbeatable views towards Roses, the sea and the bay. The house has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. The living room and kitchen are large and there is a lot of light in the house. Both the living room and each bedroom have access to the terrace that goes around the house and from the terrace you can see the pool and the garden. The pool is NOT available during the period of October-March.
In general, the house has a lot of space and is very well equipped to accommodate the stay. The house has everything you need. Equipped kitchen, sheets and towels, wifi internet, heating, air conditioning. Fireplace, heating. Extra things: wine fridge, cot. The whole house is at your disposal, anyway, for anything you need, we are close or we will come as soon as necessary.

The house is located in an urbanization that belongs to the Palau-Saverdera town. In the town there are bars, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, winery, etc. If you are looking for a large supermarket, 5 minutes by car towards Roses you will find several. It is best to come by car. If you need to rent, we advise you and we will send you information. Checkin after 20.00 is possible, but there will be an extra charge of 30 Eur. All services included except final cleaning, which is 200 Eur.
