This luxury 3-bedroom townhouse is located in the renown Marlborough High Street, a lovely area in the heart of Wiltshire perfect for temporary relocators, contractors and group stays. The property is just a few seconds walk away from the Marlborough High Street and just a 20-minute drive away from Swindon's busiest business districts. You will also have many grocery stores, small independent coffee shops and greenery nearby. All within a few minutes walking distance.

The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms with a king in bedroom 1, a double in bedroom 2 & the option of two singles or a king in bedroom 3. Beautifully designed with comfort in mind, this property is ideal for those who want more privacy away from busy city life, whilst still being close enough to travel too and from.

The living room is equipped with a spacious seating area, and a 43” Smart TV for your entertainment, you can log into your accounts on your favourite streaming services and pick up watching where you left off.

The equipped kitchen has a double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The dining table seats up to 6 people. Additionally, we provide complimentary high-speed WiFi, and all hotel-like amenities such as bed linen, towels, toiletries, tea and coffee.

This property comes with 1 free parking space. Paid parking is also available within a 5 minute walk.

We provide full access to the house and facilities via self-check-in.

Prior to your arrival: All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e passport, driver's licence, pay a refundable damage deposit fee of £250 & sign the Terms & Conditions.

During your stay:
1. There cannot be any more than the confirmed guests in or on our property at any one point, this will be a violation of our occupancy limit and violation of this will lead to the immediate removal of all guests without any refund.
2. All guests must respect our community guidelines:
_ No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests
_ No Smoking
_ No extra guests
3. Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 pm.
4. We would prefer if you could:
_Use indoor shoes/slippers
_Treat the house as if it were your own
_When leaving the property please make sure you lock the door and all the windows
5. This is a self-check-in property, by booking this property you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that you have been provided by JHA (hidden) through the house manual or the host check-in document sent to your email. You also agree that you will not contact JHA (hidden) and host before reading your house manual and key instruction documents sent to you by JHA (hidden) or by the Host.
6. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking, this will be applied for each day of your booking.
7. Check out is strictly 10 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorised late checkouts.
8. You are responsible for any damages caused upon your stay by not following house rules. You are also responsible if the damages cause any upcoming guest an inconvenience. You will be liable for any refunds given to any guests due to any negative experienced caused by your damages.
9. You must pass our verification process. Failure to do so will result in us declining your booking.
10. You agree that you're booking this property in goodwill with your host and you will not attempt to damage your hosts business if you lose a dispute. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
