The studio features a mezzanine with a comfy semi-double bed, a small kitchenette with a washing machine, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, air conditioning, WIFI fast fiber, and you are free to make it your place to relax and relax.

In order to discourage subletting, I set as a rule an additional coster 45E night for an extra person, no more than one for a maximum of n days within a month, by communicating the extra request in advance.

Some extra rules:
