The apartment is on the first floor of a three-storey building without a lift to an internal courtyard. The kitchen equipped with oven, stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator is located entering on the left. Then, there is the dining area and a single sofa bed. The bedroom, which leads to the bathroom with a shower, overlooks the living area and has a double bed
For bookings with a monthly rate, gas and electricity are payable separately:
- the gas will be counted according to consumption by taking the numbers on arrival and departure (heating is autonomous)
- for electricity there is a lump sum of 20 euros per month
an advance payment of 50 euros per month to be paid in cash will be requested at check in
the final cleaning does not include the kitchenette and refrigerator that must be left clean, otherwise 50 eur will be withheld from the deposit

The ITC ILO centre in Viale Maestri del lavoro and the SAA are within walking distance ( about 1.5 km). The accommodation is located in the hospital area ( CTO, Regina Margherita, Sant 'Anna and Molinette) which are all within walking distance, as well as the Lingotto.
Getting around. The INGOT metro stop is about 300 m away

Arrivals after 8pm will require a supplement of 20 euros. Before departure, guests must leave the kitchen clean, empty and turn off the refrigerator and throw away the garbage. If this is not done, a penalty of 50 euros will be withheld from the deposit. In winter it is kindly requested to lower the temperature to 18 degrees to avoid waste. It is forbidden to smoke (100 euro penalty), have parties and host people outside the number of guests. Please respect the neighbourhood by avoiding making noise especially at night and at night. If these rules are not observed, additional charges will be charged and will be withheld from the deposit.
