The apartment is located in the central Viale Libia, 200 meters from the Metro station B1 (Libia) in the area served by everything (night buses, supermarkets and local market, shops, clubs, banks, post office etc.), 15 minutes walk from the LUISS University and a short distance from SAPIENZA and the renowned Villa Ada and Villa Chigi.

In addition to the fees listed in the costs section, there is a registration fee for the rental contract. This fee equals 2% of the total rent for the entire lease period, plus the cost of a revenue stamp. You will be responsible for half of this total contract cost
