MID TERM RESERVATIONS - If the cancellation is made during your stay, we require at least 60 DAYS NOTICE
An administrative fee of € 150 is charged for processing the cancellation.

CONTRACT REGISTRATION - For rentals longer than 28 nights, Italian law requires the registration of the rental agreement. All our Rental Agreements are registered to the guests that will physically stay inside the property.
Documents required :
1- Passport or Id (if european)
2- Italian Fiscal Code (it is mandatory here in Italy and we need it to prepare the rental agreement that we are forced to register at the Agenzia delle entrate) - if you don't have it yet, you can easily go to any Agenzia delle Entrate and get it for free , very easy and quick.
IMPORTANT: In case you might need to register a Rental Agreement to a Company, we kindly invite you to contact us to get more info because it might be a variation of the monthly rates.
It will only be possible to establish a temporary domicile, not residency.
