THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The apartment is conveniently connected by tram, bus and subway to the whole city.

- The apartment is located 350 meters from Porta Genova station (M2 green line of the underground)
- Just below the house, the tram stop which can bring you to the historic center in no time.
- In Piazza XXIV Maggio, there are stops for taxis and buses.
- There is also the BikeMi service that will allow you to rent bikes and go wherever you want

COSTS AND INFO
- 500 euro which will be returned within 10 days from the day of check-out
- Contract registration fee 150 euro
- CHECK-IN FROM 2PM TO 7PM / Late check-in / ON AVAILABILITY / late fee 50 euro after 7 pm - NO CHECKIN AFTER 10 PM
- Final cleaning fee is 120 euro

We invite our guests to clarify any doubts before making the reservation.
MID TERM RESERVATIONS - If the cancellation is made during your stay, we require at least 60 DAYS NOTICE
An administrative fee of € 150 is charged for processing the cancellation.

CONTRACT REGISTRATION - For rentals longer than 28 nights, Italian law requires the registration of the rental agreement. All our Rental Agreements are registered to the guests that will physically stay inside the property.
Documents required :
1- Passport or Id (if european)
2- Italian Fiscal Code (it is mandatory here in Italy and we need it to prepare the rental agreement that we are forced to register at the Agenzia delle entrate) - if you don't have it yet, you can easily go to any Agenzia delle Entrate and get it for free , very easy and quick.
IMPORTANT: In case you might need to register a Rental Agreement to a Company, we kindly invite you to contact us to get more info because it might be a variation of the monthly rates.
It will only be possible to establish a temporary domicile, not residency.
