With cancellation before 90 days from the date of check-in: 100% refund of the first month
With cancellation before 60 days from the date of check-in: refunded 50% of the first month
With cancellation before 30 days from the date of check in the first month will not be refunded

Advance notice: 30 days
Costs for early cancellation: € 30 or 1 month if the exit time is less than the cancellation

The Administration fee and the cost under “others” must be paid on the platform within 48 hours of the booking confirmation.
The cost of 123 euros is called the "Landlord Fee” in our business. This fee covers all costs related to managing the Property Management business with our clients.
The cost under administration fee, called in our business "Management Fee", covers various services before, during, and after your stay:

✔ Key handover at check-in,
✔ Contract creation and administration,
✔assistance during your stay,
✔assisted check-out.

Note that these fees are separate from any fees charged by HousingAnywhere. Failure to pay the fee within the specified time frame will cancel the booking.
