In your room there are €30 / month included for heating from October to April and the compsumtion is monitored with the thermometer applied to your room heater . This means that you should be careful to switch off the heater while you are out of the room or lower it while it s not needed ( the last few years in Turin the winters are mild and only in specific days the heaters should be set at maximum)

This is a shared apartment therefore people who don t have respect for rules of coexistence and collaboration is not suitable for this place . There are cleaning shifts in the common area and if somebody don’t comply will be debited for a cleaning lady ( for a fee) . The apartment is located in Via CECCHI 5 ( Case di Cri / Via Cecchi 5 ) This is a modern and luxurious apartment where 5 rooms have each a private bathroom. there are 3 single rooms and 2 double rooms ( they are all on this platform )

It s close to Porta Palazzo . Porta Palazzo is the biggest openair market in Europe where farmers and stalls daily sell fresh groceries . Every Saturday there is a flee market( BALON) and once a month the GRAND BALON attracts people to buy antiques . Great public transport ( 25 minutes by bus to Politecnico / 20 minutes to UNITO , walking distance to IAAD or SCUOLA HOLDEN ) The bike path is fantastic and takes you to Politecnico in 15 minutes

There is a MULTI ETHNIC AREA ( NO PREJUDICES ARE WELCOME !) where there is the biggest European market : country farmers come daily with their groceries and you can buy all best Italian delicatessen .

Every Saturday there is a flea market ( BALON) and once a month the Sunday GRAN BALON where you take spot antiques and collectibles.

Walking distance to “Quadrilatero” , the nightlife area is 10 minutes and 5 minutes later you are in Piazza Castello , the exact city center !
