It is 15 minutes walk from the rail Station of Santa Maria Novella and 20 minutes from the historical centre. The check-out is on the last day of the month by 10.30 am. Other possibilities can be agreed in advance. The rent is montly and it is due on the 1st day of the month. Bedding is not provided, only a mattress cover.
The monthly cost of the room and common parts is €480 + € 150 for utilities = the total cost per month is € 630. But from April to September the montly rent costs € 480 + € 180 for the utilities (total cost € 660).
