For the peace of mind of all our guests, in addition to having the service of an internal private industrial laundry at a fixed price, you will have the security of all consumption included in the fee as always in our usual hospitality formula.
All ordinary maintenance is also included, the idea is that it is an all-inclusive where the customer already knows what he is spending and only thinks about making his peaceful journey through the experience of the city center and the university or research path that awaits him .
The monthly fee includes: all utilities, maintenance and 24-hour availability.

The accommodation is located in a co-living building.

CONTRACT
Please, note that to all our listings we apply fortnightly contracts. This means that If you check-in during the first half of the month, you will be charged for the full month. If you check-in during the second half of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. The second half of the month starts on the 16th.
If you check-out during the first half of the month, you will only pay until the 15th of that month. If you check-out during the second half of the month, you will be charged the full month.
