The flat is located in the heart of the south-central area of Milan, a few minutes from the universities:
- Cattolica, 14 minutes by metro;
- Bocconi, 15 minutes by tram;
- NABA, 14 minutes walk;
- IULM, 10 minutes by metro.
The area hosts many supermarkets, shops and services for anything you need.
The strategic location allows you to enjoy the countless activities that Milan offers. You can explore this beautiful city by walk or using the excellent public transportation connections:
- Metro green line Porta Genova, 2 minute walk;
- Tram lines 2 and 9, 1 minute walk.
Milan is a city of neighborhoods, each with its own vibe.
The Duomo di Milano area is a must-see for its landmarks, but more touristy. Nearby, Brera offers a more charming, artistic atmosphere with cafés, galleries, and small streets.
For nightlife and student energy, Navigli is the go-to, especially for aperitivo.
Porta Venezia and Porta Romana are popular with students-central, lively, and well connected. For affordable food and a different atmosphere, Chinatown Milan is a favorite.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED up to 50 euro of expenses per month (if you will do a normal amount of usage, you would not have to pay for it!).
After the payment of the first month rent on HousingAnywhere, to finalize the reservation, the tenant has to pay the deposit and the admin fee. The admin fee covers:
-weekly cleaning service of the common areas for the entire duration of the contract;
- contract registration fees (registration tax, stamps and registration fee);
-maintenance.
Contracts can’t end on 30 of April - 31 of May - 30 of June.
Cancelling contract in advance is possible with three months notice period only after three months contract. If you cancel the contract before the natural ending you have to pay 200€ penalty.
