The apartment is in Mestre, in Via Tasso 52, nearby the Old Town and 1 minutes away from the Main Squares, such as Piazza XXVII Ottobre, Piazza Barche and Piazza Ferretto, which are all pedestrian areas. In the neighbourhood you can find any service: in front of the house there are shops, banks, a grocery store, mini-markets and the Supermarket Pam just 5 minutes away, in Corso del Popolo.

In the area you can also catch both the buses and the trams to Venice and the night buses. The tram stop is in Via Cappuccina, while the bus stop in Corso del Popolo. These are both two side streets that intersect Via Tasso.

The building is made up of just 6 apartments, so it is really quiet and calm.
The apartment is very bright, totally renovated with parquet in every room and with Modern style Furniture.
It is divided into two floors and there is an internal staircase that connects the 2nd to the 3rd floor.

Besides, to the price of the room, 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added.

- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need

You will also have a chat group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager.
We will intervene with our technicians, so you will not have to worry about anything ????

The rental agreements are individual.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
