La stanza è di 22mq ed è molto luminosa, ha un balcone privato con affaccio interno e verrà consegnata arredata con mobili nuovi.
L'appartamento è da condividere con altre 2 ragazze studenti/lavoratrici.

We rent double room in 5th floor apartment on Gran Sasso Avenue. We are 50 meters from the
M1/M2 Loreto stop, five minutes
from the M2 Piola stop and a 12-minute walk from the Politecnico and Istituto Clinico Città Studi. 
The room is 22sqm and is very bright, has a private balcony facing inside and will be delivered furnished with new furniture.
The apartment is to be shared with 2 other student/working girls.

- Achieving 2.5 times the rent amount for creditworthiness.
- Up to 4 cumulative guarantors are allowed.

Important Notes:
- CONTRACT OPENING COSTS: The contract registration fee will be split between the tenant and the owner, and the tax stamps are paid by the tenant at €16.00.
- CONTRACT CLOSURE COSTS: €150.00 fixed for termination fee (€67.00), cleaning at the beginning of the stay, and sinking fund for painting.
