The entrance opens into a cozy, flexible living area. A glass door leads to a small 2 m2 balcony with a panoramic view of the neighborhood and the historic Zaini chocolate factory. The living room includes an open-concept kitchen, a solid wood dining table, and a pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need: stovetop, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle. The solid wood table is perfect for meals or remote work, and there’s also a separate desk. A 32” smart TV, connected via both Wi-Fi and Ethernet, is great for streaming or working.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with a high-quality latex mattress and two large wardrobes. Decor includes unique artwork and a few African masks that add personality to the space.

The bathroom has a window for ventilation and includes a toilet, sink, bidet, and a glass-enclosed shower (100x70 cm), along with storage cabinets and a hairdryer. In the laundry area, you’ll find a quiet 5 kg washing machine, drying rack, cordless vacuum, iron, ironing board, and storage closet. Hot water is supplied by a gas water heater.

The apartment also features air conditioning, a security door, video intercom, and a fire extinguisher. Double-glazed PVC windows keep the apartment quiet and energy efficient. Central heating and independent A/C with a heat pump provide year-round comfort.

Located on the third floor of a well-maintained building, access is safe and simple. You'll enter through a secure main entrance and a reinforced front door. The host will personally meet you to hand over the keys.
