After passing through the door opposite the elevator on the second floor, you enter a small hall. On the left, there is a laundry room shared with other apartments. This apartment is the first on the left. It consists of a small entrance hall with a closet and a full bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, a two-burner electric stovetop, a multifunction electric oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, pots and pans, and a convenient refrigerator with freezer. The living room has a table with four chairs, a Smart TV, and a leather sofa bed for an occasional guest. The bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a small glass desk, an armchair, a sofa (also a single bed), and large wood-framed wardrobes. There is also a small, convenient hallway for suitcases and shoes, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The apartment has high ceilings, two large single-hung double-glazed windows, and hot/cold waterless air conditioning. It overlooks Via del Buon Consiglio, with a glimpse of the dome of the Temple of Maxentius. The curtains are blackout.

The location is stunning : the flat is walking distance from piazza Venezia, Spanish Steps, Torre Argentina, Via Nazionale, piazza Barberini, Termini Station, Circo Massimo few steps from underground (between Colosseo and Cavour stops) and in a condo space on the ground floor is possible to park a bike.
